Terms of use

Read the KADISTA terms of use.

These terms govern use of the KADISTA marketplace by customers and specialists.

Version 1.1 ยท 21 October 2026

1. What KADISTA provides

KADISTA is a specialist directory and direct communication service. Customers choose specialists and agree scope, price, timing, and payment directly with them.

KADISTA is not a party to that agreement, an employer, an agent, or a guarantor of service results.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect account access, and report suspicious activity. An account may not impersonate another person.

Some features may require verification of a contact method, identity, or company.

3. Profiles and listings

Specialists are responsible for their descriptions, categories, service areas, contacts, photos, and other materials, and must have the right to publish them.

KADISTA may review a listing, request changes, limit its visibility, or remove content that violates these terms.

4. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, discrimination, threats, spam, fake reviews, block evasion, unlawful services, malicious links, collection of other users' data, and interference with the app are prohibited.

Knowingly false or coordinated reports are also misuse.

5. Reviews and communication

A review may be submitted after a verified contact and must reflect a genuine experience.

Before payment, the parties should agree terms in writing and check any professional documents required for the service.

6. Availability and access

KADISTA works to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, every profile's accuracy, or a specialist's service quality.

Access may be restricted for rule violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Users may request deletion of their account.

7. Changes

New versions are published with a version number and date. Continued use after material changes take effect means acceptance where separate consent is not legally required.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law without limiting mandatory consumer rights under the law of the consumer's country of residence.

Please first send a question or complaint to support@kadista.com. If no solution is reached, a dispute may be brought before the competent court as determined by mandatory applicable law.
